Returns Policy

We will gladly accept the return of products with a fulfillment mistake that we made resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you.  If there is another issue please email photos to shirts@nashprint.net for resolution.

* All exchanges are for store credit only. We do not issue refunds. Items must be exchanged in the original condition without wear, tear or washing.

* Exchange shipping is covered by NCP if there was a fulfilment mistake.

Please contact us at shirts@nashprint.net. We will send you instructions on how to initiate an exchange. All exchanges must be initiated within 10 days of receiving item.

Shipping

We ship most custom single garment orders to you within 5 business days.  Bulk or wholesale orders may take longer depending on garment availability from warehouses.  USA shipping only.

We are happy to ship bachelorette orders and bundles to your Nashville rental or hotel.  Please provide that information at order checkout.

THE PARTIES DISCLAIM, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARISING FROM COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, COURSE OF DEALING, OR FROM USAGES OF TRADE.
